Undergraduate (B.E.) Admission

Through TNEA - Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions

Eligibility Requirements
  • Pass 12th class (Higher Secondary) with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics
  • Minimum aggregate marks as per government norms (varies by category)
  • Lateral Entry: Diploma/B.Sc background eligible for direct second year
  • Age limit as per TNEA norms

Register online via the TNEA portal when applications open (usually May-June). Create account and fill basic details.

Upload required documents: 10th & 12th mark sheets, certificates of category/nativity if applicable, transfer certificates.

Ranks computed based on Physics, Chemistry, Maths marks. Merit list published by Anna University/DOTE.

Counselling & Seat Allotment

Based on rank, candidates attend counselling. Fill college + branch preferences. Seats allotted through single-window process.

Report to allotted college with original documents and complete admission formalities within stipulated time.

Part-Time B.E. Admission

For Working Professionals - Direct Anna University Process

Eligibility Criteria
  • 3-year Diploma in Engineering/Technology from recognized board
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in relevant field after Diploma
  • Employment should be in Tamil Nadu (proof required)
  • Age limit as per university norms

Fee Refund Policy

Refund Guidelines

Before Commencement of Classes

Students withdrawing before the academic session begins may be eligible for full or partial refund as per university/government norms, excluding processing charges.

After Commencement

Refund eligibility reduces progressively after classes begin. Specific conditions apply based on the time of withdrawal.

Caution Deposit

Security deposits are generally refundable upon successful completion of the program or proper withdrawal, subject to deductions for damages/dues.

Processing Time

Refund processing typically takes 30-60 days from the date of approved application, as per university procedures.
