Prevention & Awareness
  • Conduct orientation programs and workshops
  • Display awareness materials and helpline numbers
  • Distribute anti-ragging affidavits
  • Create awareness about legal consequences
Surveillance & Monitoring
  • Regular inspection of hostels and common areas
  • Appoint faculty mentors for active monitoring
  • Maintain vigilant environment during academic year
  • Monitor campus buses and canteens
Complaint Handling
  • Provide confidential complaint mechanisms
  • Take immediate action on complaints
  • Maintain records for reporting to authorities
  • Protect victims throughout the process
Support for Victims
  • Offer counseling and psychological support
  • Ensure no discrimination against complainants
  • Guarantee confidentiality and safety
  • Coordinate with medical officer when needed
