The Finance Officer oversees all financial aspects of the institution
Preparation, monitoring, and control of annual budgets for all departments and activities of the college, ensuring optimal allocation of financial resources.
Strategic financial planning and forecasting to support the institution's academic and infrastructure development goals.
Oversight of all revenue streams including student fees, government grants, research funding, and other income sources.
Authorization and monitoring of all institutional expenditures, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies.
Coordination with internal and external auditors, preparation of audit reports, and implementation of audit recommendations.
Liaison with government departments for budget allocation, grants, and compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Supervision of finance department staff, payroll management, and ensuring timely payment of salaries and benefits.
Implementation of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure transparency and accountability.
